Each system comprised of a Datataker DT82E data logger fitted in an IP67 Peli case, with internal battery power, solar charge controller and external solar panel. A Gill instruments MetPak RG weather sensor was connected to the logger via a waterproof bulkhead connector and supplied with a mounting tripod.
