FS6200 Micro Flow Switches For Gases

The FS6200 Series Micro Flow Switch is designed to detect increasing and decreasing flow rates of gases in critical processes. Typical applications include process analysers, critical purge monitors, excess flow safety and oxygen and speciality gas systems. The linear, high resolution adjustment allows for precise settings.
