Pressure monitoring sensors are used in a variety of different applications to provide continuous, or periodic, monitoring of any changes in liquids and gaseous media. A fall in pressure can suggest a leak, whilst an increase could be dangerous in closed systems and continuously monitoring can be critical to avoid injury or damage. Pressure sensors can also be useful for measuring other variables such as: altitude; immersion depth; borehole levels; tank volumes; or fluid/gas flows.

Standard Industrial Pressure Transmitters

Standard industrial pressure transducers and transmitters, ranges 500mBar to 2500 Bar, gauge and absolute. Accuracy +/-0.25% or 0.1% FSD. Available with connector or flying lead, output types 4-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5v, 0.5-4.5v ratiometric. Also high accuracy units with RS485 outputs, accuracy 0.01%.

OEM Pressure Transducer

Miniature pressure transducers, gauge, absolute & differential. Ranges up to 1000 Bar, operating temperatures up to 250 deg C, with low power consumption , 2 - 4mA with ratiometric voltage output. Suitable for downhole tools, hydraulic manifolds etc. Also small transmitters and transducers with integral signal conditioning - 0-5v and 4-20mA outputs. This section includes Keller OEM pressure transducers as well as some from other manufacturers.

Differential and Low Range Pressure Transmitters

Differential pressure transmitters, ranges from ±25 pascals to ±200 bar, for both gases and liquids with 4-20mA, 0-10v outputs. Low range pressure transmitters from 25 pascals up to 10,000kPa with 4-20mA and 0-10v outputs.

- Series PD-33X (Ei): for differential pressure measurements with a single PD10 pressure cell
- Series PD-39X (Ei): for differential pressure measurements with high double-sided overload resistance

Calibration Certificates for pressure gauges, transmitters and transducers. We can also provide recalibration of your own pressure sensors in our inhouse calibration suite or with one of our own approved calibration houses. We offer various levels of certification, from a full UKAS certicate to UKAS traceable certificates.
