Standard Industrial Pressure Transmitters

The Keller Series 21Y pressure transducer / transmitter is designed for general industrial and OEM applications requiring medium to high measurement accuracy. Its high design flexibility affords numerous options of process and electrical connection. Pressure ranges between 0-2 and 0-1000 bar are available with output signal options of 4-20mA, 0-10V and 0.5-4.5V. The Series 21Y employs active temperature compensation to significantly reduce total error band and has extremely high EMC protection for a transmitter of this class / price point. Total error band including linearity and all thermal errors over 0-50°C is ≤±1%FS max.

The PA600 series of industrial pressure sensors are suitable for measuring gas and liquid pressures across a wide range of general purpose and industrial applications. The standard the PA600 comes with: Viton O-ring, 303 stainless steel case, ceramic diaphragm (96% Aluminium Oxide Al2O3) and a ¼"BSP male process connection, but various standard options are available. The PA600 series provides a wide choice of electrical outputs from its ASIC-based amplifier circuit, these include 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V, various mV/V, as well as a ratiometric 0.5-4.5vDC (10% to 90% of supply voltage) signal that requires a 5V (2.7 - 5.5vDC acceptable).

PA600-LR Series covers low range pressure ranges for up to 450mBar.

The PA600 series barometric pressure transducer has a range of 0.75 - 1.25 Bar absolute. It is available with 4-20mA 0-5V, 0-10V or 0.5 - 4.5V outputs The unit has a stainless steel body and suitable for long-term installation outdoors

These 1502 hammer union pressure sensors are suitable to monitor pipelines up to 1000 bar. Designed for harsh environments where high burst pressure and high vibrations are present.

The Series 33X and Series 35X pressure transmitters use a stable, floating piezoresistive transducer with a XEMICS micro-processor to compensate for temperature and non-linearities of the sensor providing a highly precise mathematically compensated output. Standard units provide an accuracy of 0.05%FS, with a 0.01%FS option available, for the RS485 serial output and a 0.1%FS accuracy on the analogue outputs. Units are available with ATEX certification for use in hazardous area applications. All units are reprogrammable using the Control Center Series 30 software, which allows for setting the analogue outputs range and setting new zero and gain for the transmitters.

The P600FA is a field adjustable pressure transmitter for high pressure ranges of 0-1000 and 0-5000 Bar. Outputs available are 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V and 10mV/V. The units are constructed from Titanium using Silicon on Sapphire technology with a stainless steel body for long term performance. Optional ATEX approval.

The P642FAX is an ATEX Certified pressure transmitter available with ranges from 0-500 mBar to 0-5000 Bar with the availability of field adjustments to both span and zero by up to ±10%. The units have a stainless steel body and a Titanium media connection that is compatible with a wide range applications.

The PTM485 Programmable pressure transmitter, is available in ranges up to 1000 bar G. It has a 316L s/s housing and diaphragm, Viton seals and 1/4 G pressure connection. The RS485 output provides both pressure and temperature measurements in MODBUS protocol. The unit also has a 4 -20mA output for pressure. Accuracy ±0.1%. Temp range 0 to 70°C. Using the optional programming kit the measurement range is adjustable with a 4:1 turn down from the full scale range.

The Series 23SX is a high precision piezoresistive pressure transmitter designed to combine the impressive features of the 23SY and 33X series pressure transmitters. 23SX Pressure Transmitter features a fully welded design of the 23SX with the highly accurate and scalable digital compensated electronics of the Series 33X. Offering a total error band of ±0.25% over the full -10 to +80°C compensated temperature range with 4-20mA or 0-10V outputs with RS485 Communications available. All RS485 units are reprogrammable using the Control Center Series 30 software, which allows for setting the analogue outputs range and setting new zero and gain for the transmitters.

The Keller Series 23SY pressure transmitter has digital temperature compensation which provides accuracy of 0.3% over 0-50C or 0.4% over -10 to +80°C. It is available in pressure ranges from vacuum to 1000 bar gauge or absolute and can be supplied with 4-20mA, 0-5v, 0-10v or 0.5 - 4.5v outputs.
