MSR Data Loggers for Acceleration, Temperature, RH, Pressure, Light, Voltage

The Merlin data logger is a compact, low power multi channel device capable of handling a range of analogue and serial inputs and logging data at speeds of up to 50Hz. It has 10 analogue inputs with a 0-5V input range. Seven of these inputs can also be configured to read frequency inputs from flow meters. The unit also has a serial RS485 port for connection to Keller digital pressure sensors, and other serial devices. The logger also has a high contrast backlit LCD display for viewing real time readings, with the option of a second display where large format text is required.

The MSR145 is a miniature universal data logger with options for monitoring temperature, humidity, pressure, 3-axis accelerometer (X, Y and Z axes) and light sensors with internal and external sensors. The units are available in a selection of housings and have an internal rechargeable battery. Additionally, the MSR145 can be fitted with dual or quad analogue input module to allow the connection of third party sensors and the housings allow for the option of a MicroSD card for increase memory.

The MSR BudgetLine is a range of compact data loggers that are designed to monitor the temperature and humidity of sensitive goods, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food. The loggers will provide an automatic PDF report of the recorded measurements which is compliant with DIN 12830 and 21 FR Part 11 and conform to the EU regulations for storage and transport of cooled and frozen goods, as well as those of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Loggers include free software and 6 point calibration certificates.

The BLE connection allows for a radio link of up to 10m using a 2.4GHz frequency and multiple MSR145WD loggers can be connected at once.

The WiFi/WLAN can be integrated into an existing WiFi network, or via an access point and the units range can be extended using standard WiFi extenders.

The Bluetooth connection allows for the measured data to your smartphone and to transfer it to the MSR SmartCloud.

The MSR165 is a miniature universal data logger for measuring and recording 3 axis acceleration up to ±15g or ±200g, frequency range 1600 Hz. It also has the option of internal temperature, humidity, pressure and light sensors. The units comes in a waterproof housing and an anodised aluminium case with a rechargeable 1,000mAh battery and the option for replaceable Li-SOCl2 batteries (3.6V x 2 @ 7,700mAh). There is also the option of increasing the memory capacity with an SD memory card and a 4 channel analogue input module.

The MSR175 is a miniature data logger designed for the high performance, high speed monitoring of conditions during transportation. The MSR175 is ideal for the identification and continuous documentation of external physical effects on cargo, such as shocks and jolts, temperature extremes, changes in humidity, light, or pressure. Two integrated 3-axis acceleration sensors provide shock readings in the range of ±15g and ±200g with a measurement frequency of 6,400Hz. Two versions of the MSR175 are available, one provides shock and temperature readings, whilst the second also includes light, humidity and pressure sensors. A version is also available with a replaceable external battery for up to 2 years operation.
