The CCG load cell is an annular/force washer load cell designed for the measurement of compressive forces and they are suitable for use in a wide range of research and industrial applications. The CCG load cell is often used in electro-mechanical test rigs and other critical bolted installations for monitoring continuously, or periodically, the tension profile of bolts during their use in the installation. The CCG load cell can also be used in cable tension systems and would normally be positioned at the cable anchor point. Ranges 12.5 to 540kN. Standard output is 1.5mV/V with an accuracy of 1.5% and options for inline amplifiers for standard 4-20mA or voltage outputs.

The CDFT micro button load cell is designed for compression measurement where space is extremely limited. Measuring just 9mm in diameter and 2.9mm in overall height, the CDFT is the smallest compression load cell that we offer. Ranges 10N to 250N. Standard output is 0.5 o 2mV/V with options for inline amplifiers for standard 4-20mA or voltage outputs and handheld display for immediate readout.

The CDFM3 miniature button load cell is designed for compression measurement applications. Measuring 30mm in diameter and 12mm in overall height, the CDFM3 is one of the smalest compression load cell that we offer. If you need a smaller load cell, the CDF subminiature, or CDFT Micro button load cell are available in capacities from 0-500N right up 0-2kN and 10N to 250N respectively. The CDFM3 miniature button load cell is ideal for space limited monitoring with a wide load capacity. Ranges 100 to 20kN.
