DC Voltage Transducers

DC voltage transducers measure DC voltage either directly or through a DC voltage transducer. The transducer converts the DC voltage signal to either a DC mA or DC voltage output which is directly proportional to the input signal value.

The EDCV measures DC voltage directly and can be powered from a wide range of AC and DC auxiliary power supplies. The transducers offer isolation between the DC input signal and the DC output which can be used to prevent earth loops. The 4kV isolated output signals can then be fed to analogue meters, digital meters, PLC’s or building management systems.
