Exemys Ethernet & 4G Data Loggers

The GRD-4GM series data loggers are designed for remotely monitoring sensors and other instruments with cellular & satellite connection to a remote server for data logging and control. GRD units are available with 0-10V, 4-20mA, digital state and pulse inputs, and digital outputs as well as serial ports for Modbus Master/Slave communications and connection of a satellite modem. Data is sent from the units to a remote server, where the Middleware software creates a MySQL database. Our M2M interface allows this data to be published to a web interface accessible from anywhere in the world with user/password security and internet connection. The web interface provides both real time and historic data in table and graph format. Data can be downloaded from the web page in XLS format as required. SMS and email alerts can be generated for alarm conditions from the website, with SMS alarms also available directly from the units themselves. Customers may also publish data direct to their own MySQL database on their server, which Omni Instruments can provide a software package to build your own web interface.

The cLAN is a data logger with an Ethernet interface to allow for data transfer via TCP/IP. The cLAN unit comes complete with an embedded Modbus Master for I/O expansion. Two versions of the cLAN are available, CLAN-1520-XF has 2 serial ports allowing Modbus (Master or Slave) or transparent serial access from a remote location, whilst the CLAN-3524-XF also includes 16 digital inputs (8 pulse counters), 8 digital outputs and 8 configurable analogue input channels. Both units provide script programming for logic control or simple calculations.

The RME1 is an analogue acquisition module that will accept 4-20mA, 0-10V, PT100 and thermocouple (Type J, K, T, R, N, E, S) inputs. The unit provides an output over Modbus TCP, web page (HTTP), SNPM (Version 1), CVS/XML and can be configurable with the M2M web interface. Data can be viewed in real time, table and graph format, and downloaded to MS Excel. No fixed IP is required. Simply connect to your router and start viewing data on your web browser. Separate units are available for Thermocouple, PT100 and analogue 4-20mA and 0-10V. Units are available as standard units or with internal memory and battery back up for short-term disconnections.

The SSE-AI Ethernet module can monitor up to 8 digital state or pulse count inputs and publish the status to our M2M web interface, with real time monitor pages and historic data shown in table and graphs views. SMS and email alerts are easily configured from the web interface to notify users of alarm conditions. All historical data can be downloaded in XLS format, and regular email reports can be configured.
