Tinytag Data Loggers

Home / Our Brands / Tinytag

Tinytag data loggers have been accurately and reliably monitoring temperature since 1984 and introduced the TInytalk temperature loggers in 1992. They soon expanded to humidity and release the first Tinytag and TinyView loggers in 1996.

Today, their commitment to industrial-grade survivability and measurement accuracy drives a massive, interconnected environmental hardware ecosystem. From discreet in-transit cargo discs to site-wide automated wireless networks, Tinytag remains the trusted gold standard for cold chain logistics, pharmaceutical validation, and facility-wide compliance tracking.

Tinytag Ecosystem: Unified Facility & Logistics Monitoring

If your organisation monitors complex supply chains alongside physical plant infrastructure, the Tinytag data loggers can easily integrates into a massive, multi-environment ecosystem. Because Tinytag instruments share data logic, your team can manage, download, and analyse data across all of these distinct hardware families using the Tinytag Software:

  • In-Transit Cargo Monitoring: The slim, low-profile Transit 2 travels cleanly inside boxes and pallets for discreet temperature tracking across road, rail, and air freight legs.
  • Ultra-Low Temperature Cold Chain: For cryogenic shipping, the Tinytag Dry Shipper loggers track deep-frozen assets down to -80°C or -196°C using specialised liquid Nitrogen dry vapour containers.
  • Medical Refrigeration & Clinics: The ultra-compact Tinyview 2 or Tinytag Talk 2 units are the industry standard for mapping clinical vaccine fridges, blood banks, and sterile hospital storage chambers.
  • High-Temperature Wash Cycles: The rugged, submersible Tinytag Splash 2 monitors critical thermal disinfection thresholds inside industrial laundry facilities and commercial dishwashers.
  • Sterilisation & Autoclaves: High-temperature internal or external PT100/PT1000 Probes plug into specialised loggers to validate intense medical autoclave and industrial steriliser runs.
  • Automated M12 Facilities Mapping: For automated site-wide data collection, the Tinytag Radio System utilises a local wireless MESH Network to stream environmental data straight to a central PC in real time, automatically bouncing signals around physical warehouse obstacles.
  • Plant Energy Management: Move beyond temperature with the non-invasive Tinytag Energy Logger, designed to monitor single and three-phase power consumption across your refrigeration compressors, HVAC plants, and facility machinery.

Standardising on Tinytag, means you can seamlessly combine in-transit cargo chart, static medical fridge log, a dishwasher disinfection report, a machinery energy profile into a single, and even room Environmental data,  into a single unified corporate audit trail.

Tinytag Standalone Data Loggers

Tinytag Standalone Data Loggers

Tinytag Standalone Data Loggers are compact, rugged devices manufactured in the UK. They accurately monitor environmental and industrial parameters, including temperature, humidity, power consumption, and analogue/digital signals. Available as battery powered standalone units, with USB download cables, they securely record data for quality assurance, environmental research, and regulatory compliance across pharmaceutical, logistics, and manufacturing industries.

Tinytag Temperature Probes

Tinytag Temperature Probes

Tinytag temperature probes extend the capabilities of compatible data loggers, enabling accurate measurement in inaccessible areas, liquids, or extreme environments. Utilising thermistor, PT100, or PT1000 sensors, they cover wide temperature ranges. Options include heavy-duty, fast-response, waterproof, and food-grade stainless steel designs, ensuring tailored precision for specialised industrial, laboratory, and logistical monitoring.

Tinytag Accessories

Tinytag Accessories

Tinytag accessories optimise and maintain logger performance across diverse deployment environments. The range includes software packs for data configuration and analysis, outdoor Stevenson screens for weatherproofing, and trigger start magnets for delayed on-site activation. Service kits with replacement batteries and O-rings ensure ongoing device maintenance, sealing integrity, and reliable operation.

Tinytag Calibration

Tinytag Calibration

Tinytag calibration guarantees ongoing measurement accuracy by verifying readings against traceable standards. Initial calibration checks brand-new loggers at the point of manufacture for immediate compliance, while annual service calibration recalibrates units already in use. Service calibration includes a full hardware tune-up, replacing batteries, seals, and desiccants, with options for ISO 17025 UKAS certification available for highly regulated pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.
