Fixed detectors are used to detect an abnormal or dangerous presence of gas in a specific area and to warn the user in the event of potential hazards. Equipped with sensors (called cells), they can measure the concentration of one or more types of gas, depending on the model.
Unlike portable detectors, fixed detection devices make it possible to secure an entire area 24 hours a day. They can also be connected to a detection system, which displays the gas concentration in numerical value, and then triggers the servo-controls in the event of an abnormal value.

Designed for the detection of explosive gases, toxic gases or oxygen, this detector comes with a Wheatstone bridge output (OLC 100) or 4-20mA output (OLCT 100). These detectors are ATEX approved and available in explosion safe or intrinsically safe versions. In addition, infrared sensors are also available for more severe environmental conditions, where the presence of poisons could harm the use of catalytic sensors. The unit is also SIL 2 certified Hazardous Area Approved
Designed for the detection of refrigerant gases, this detector comes with a Wheatstone bridge output (OLC 100) or 4-20mA output (OLCT 100). These detectors are ATEX approved and suitable for the detection of refrigerant gas leaks. The unit is also SIL 2 certified Hazardous Area Approved
The OLCT60 is a new high quality industrial fixed gas detector suitable for a wide range of industrial applications for the detection of flammable, toxic gases or Oxygen. The transmitters has a digital display and will provide a 4-20mA output. The detectors are ATEX approved, SIL 2 certified and available as explosion-proof XP or intrinsically safe IS sensors and can be used remotely to provide detection in Zone 0. The detector units are IP66 and made from 316L Stainless Steel and the infrared sensor options allow for detection in severe environmental conditions, or where the presence of poisons could harm a catalytic cell. Hazardous Area Approved
The DG7 Series Intelligent gas detectors is split over three main options housed in a common unit with interchangeable, intrinsically safe sensor cartridges that can be replaced while powered. The DGI-TT7-E monitors toxic gases or oxygen using electrochemical cells, the DG-TT7-S employs a solid-state metal oxide semiconductor, and the DG-TX7 utilizes dual OXYCOL catalytic sensors. These microprocessor-driven detectors are easily configured via a wireless hand-held terminal (TLU) or a hard-wired HART option, allowing for flexible installation and reduced servicing costs, with relay operation and alarm levels adjustable through the hazardous area approved TLU. Featuring an integral daylight-readable display for local status, the series can directly interface with various control systems and PLCs.
The OLC(T)10 Flammable gas detectors are designed for commercial applications and units are available for safe area and hazardous area applications. These detectors are ideal for the continuous monitoring of flammable gases present in car parks or boiler rooms. the OLC10 TWIN units can be connected in a single line to allow two detectors to connect back to the one controller channel. These detectors provide a wheatstone bridge or 4-20mA output. The OLCT10 detectors can be used with the MX16 to provide a simple solutions for monitoring small rooms for CH4, O2, LPG, H2 or CO2.
The OLCT10 TOX gas detectors are designed for commercial applications for the detection of refrigerant gases and the presence of exhaust gases from combustion in ambient air. These detectors are ideal for the continuous monitoring of toxic gases in car parks, boiler rooms and plant rooms for shops and warehouses. Up to 5 OLCT10 TOX units can be networked in a single line to cover the same gas. These detectors provide a 4-20mA output that can be combined with the MX16 controller unit to provide a low cost gas monitoring system.
The OLCT10N gas detectors are designed for common gases in commercial and light industrial applications. These detectors are ideal for use in combination with the MX16, MX32 or MX43 gas controllers. Up to 32 OLCT10N detectors can be connected on a same digital line or distributed on 8 lines. These detectors provide an RS485 Modbus output, allowing a fast and accurate response.
The CTX300 gas detector is designed with a robust polycarbonate housing for gas detection in safe areas of Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, Toxic and refrigerant gases. The polycarbonate housing is very durable and is not affected by harsh environments. The CTX 300 comes equipped with pre-calibrated sensor units and allows for maintenance by a single person. Units provide a 4-20mA output for the gas levels detected and an optional display can be incorporated.
