The PB-5007-0M025 is ideal for measuring temperatures were there is limited space and a fast response is required. The Epoxy temperature probe comes with just 25mm cable and 5mm diameter probe. The thermistor probe is suitable for monitoring temperature ranges from -40 to +85°C and for a variety of moderate temperature range applications, from monitoring of ambient temperatures to temperature of chilled or warmed products.
