1. OMNIPLUS-VHSX: Volumetric Flow Sensor (Screw Volumeter)

Designed for precise measurement of viscous, lubricating media like oils, the OMNIPLUS-VHSX operates on a positive displacement principle, ensuring accuracy largely independent of fluid viscosity (up to 40,000 mm²/s). Fluid rotation of two interlacing screws is detected by an external Hall sensor, generating a proportional frequency signal. It supports bidirectional flow and offers analogue and switching outputs. Ideal for lubrication, hydraulics, fuel consumption, and dosing.

2. OMNIPLUS-F: Calorimetric Flow Sensor

These thermal flow sensors are perfect for aqueous fluids where no moving parts are desired, ensuring high reliability. They measure heat transfer between a heated and unheated temperature sensor. The required heat power to maintain a constant temperature difference is proportional to flow velocity. The OMNIPLUS-F excels at low flow detection, provides analogue and switching outputs (some with IO-Link), and can integrate temperature measurement. Applications include cooling circuits, pump protection, and minimum flow monitoring.

3. OMNIPLUS-HR2(V): Analogue Hall Sensor Flow Meters

These mechanical flow meters use a spring-supported piston displaced by fluid flow. A magnet on the piston is detected by a stationary Hall sensor, generating a continuous analogue signal proportional to flow rate. The OMNIPLUS-HR2 is ideal for monitoring water, whilst the OMNIPLUS-HR2V-are viscosity-stabilised and ideal for more viscous media and non-aggressive liquids.
