This allows maintenance teams to pinpoint issues immediately, whether they originate from a specific CRAC unit in a data center row or a single floor in a multi-story office block.

Advanced Signal Integrity The WLM4 utilises an isolated AC excitation signal, a critical feature that prevents the electrolysis and probe oxidation commonly found in cheaper DC systems. This ensures that even after years of standby monitoring, the sensors remain fully responsive. Each zone is independently supervised, providing clear visual feedback: a steady green LED for active monitoring, flashing red for an alarm state, and a steady red to indicate a short circuit in the wiring.

Designed for the modern smart building, the WLM4 features a high-capacity 10A volt-free changeover relay. This allows for effortless integration into Building Management Systems (BMS), enabling automated responses such as closing master water valves, sending SMS alerts, or triggering local sirens. For sensing runs exceeding 10 meters, the WLM4 features internal multi-turn trimmers for each zone, allowing precise sensitivity calibration to ensure total system stability over cable lengths up to 200m for each zone. With the ability to support up to 200 meters of sensing cable per zone, the WLM4 is the gold standard for comprehensive, water leak detection.
