A lot of biogas processes can include digesters where anaerobic digestion by micro organisms breakdown organic matter producing gases, which can build up. Using a LEO2EI-1-3Bar gauge can help operators to see the current pressure and take action, if necessary. Extracting excess gas before it builds up and endangers the process.
Gas Supplies
The reliability of your gas supply can be very dependent on catching leaks early and knowing the systems are properly pressurised. The resettable MIN and MAX values on the LEO2EI-1-3BAR can be used to monitor gas pressure fluctuations, catching peaks and troughs to understand the impact on your systems. A sudden spike could cause damage to equipment, or a trough could endanger delicate processes.

Scope of Delivery
We can provide the LEO2Ei-1-3BAR gauges with a calibration certificate. This can be done inhouse with UKAS traceable certification in 1-3 days, or at a UKAS certified calibration house in around 1 week. Available separately.
¼”NPT Swivel Adapters are available from stock and can be swapped for the ¼”BSP, if required.
