Description
Product Applications – LEO-REC-IS-1500BAR-1/4″BSP
Oil and Gas Industry
Some high pressure oil and gas wells can encounter pressure up to 20,000psi and this is within the range of the 1500 Bar LEO Record. This gauge can provide a visual read out of the pressure on site and record the values for later investigation. Profiling how pressure varies to understand the impact on your equipment and indicate any build up in pressures in the system. A slow decline in pressure may suggest a leak in the system, or the well is nearing the end of its life.
Metal Forming
Billets of Aluminium can be heated to soften the metal and then forced into a Stainless Steel Die with a hydraulic press. The LEO Record can be used to monitor the pressures in the hydraulic fluid. Aluminium shapes are indispensible and used in everything from drinks cans and camera lens, up to auto parts or our very own Aluminium subsea housings.
Features
- High measuring accuracy, resolution and robustness
- High data security due to the use of a non-volatile memory
- Display of the actual pressure and the record status
- Recording of the pressure and temperature
- Battery Life 24 months with 10 second logging.
- PressureSuite Software offers Simple and well structured configuration and data reporting
- Combination of event-controlled recording and interval recording prevents unnecessary data being recorded (i.e. only measuring the pressure changes…)
- Installation data (and comments) of the measuring station can be stored in the instrument
- Pressure connection with G1/4” thread (other threads on demand)
