CCGBP Series – Brake Pedal Load Cell

The CCGBP load cell is a very low profile load cell designed for the measurement of brake pedal compressive forces. At just 12.5mm high, the CCGBP load cell is small enough to fit in the tightest spaces. The integral mounting and loading plate allows for fast and simple fitting directly onto the pedal, with customised mounting options available for any vehicle. Ranges 50 to 200Kg. Standard output is 2mV/V with options for inline amplifiers for standard 4-20mA or voltage outputs and handheld display for immediate readout.

    CCGBP Load Cell

    Description

    The CCGBP series load cells are designed for measuring compressive forces as they are applied to a brake pedal. The CCGBP are a very low profile and use a radial strain gauge arrangement to reduce errors from off-centre forces being applied. Its rugged stainless steel construction and IP65 ingress protection rating ensure a long and maintenance-free life.

    The CCGBP can be connected to various signal conditioners to suit the monitoring systems. Inline signal conditioners can provide standard 0-10V or 4-20mA outputs, whilst the TR150 can read the TEDS chips to allow for real-time display of the readings. The DSC-USB can also be used to provide the readings to a laptop.

    DSC-USB Load Cell Digitiser Module. The DSC-USB is a USB load cell interface designed to convert load cell inputs into a digital USB Serial output, 100 samples per second. It is housed in a rugged plastic enclosure (71 x 51 x 20mm) rated to IP50 with a D9 connector and female micro USB connector. The DSC-USB draws power directly from the PC interface and units are supplied with DSCUSB to USB converter tool kit software and USB to micro USB cable, 1.5m.
