The CCG load cell is an annular/force washer load cell designed for the measurement of compressive forces and they are suitable for use in a wide range of research and industrial applications. The CCG load cell is often used in electro-mechanical test rigs and other critical bolted installations for monitoring continuously, or periodically, the tension profile of bolts during their use in the installation. The CCG load cell can also be used in cable tension systems and would normally be positioned at the cable anchor point. Ranges 12.5 to 540kN. Standard output is 1.5mV/V with an accuracy of 1.5% and options for inline amplifiers for standard 4-20mA or voltage outputs.
