High-Performance Power Quality & Phase Protection

Industrial electrical networks require absolute stability to keep heavy machinery running safely and efficiently. The 3-Phase Voltage Monitor with Relay Output is a precision-engineered DIN-rail protection relay designed to continuously supervise incoming three-phase AC supplies. Operating as a vigilant frontline guardian, this compact 22.5mm wide module safeguards expensive downstream equipment—such as 3-phase motors, pumps, compressors, and automated control panels—from catastrophic electrical faults.

By constantly analysing the incoming power waveform, the monitor detects voltage deviations, phase sequence errors, and total phase failures before damage can occur.

Intelligent Fault Logic & Automation Integration

At the heart of the unit is an intelligent monitoring circuit paired with a robust DPCO (Double Pole Change Over) relay output. When power parameters are optimal, the relay remains energised, keeping your control loops closed. The moment a fault condition is validated, the relay drops out immediately, breaking the circuit to halt sensitive machinery or triggering an external alarm system.

  • Phase Failure Detection: Instantly flags the loss of any single phase to prevent motors from “single-phasing,” which causes rapid overheating and coil burnout.
  • Phase Sequence Monitoring: Ensures correct clockwise rotation of phases upon system startup, eliminating the risk of motors or pumps running in reverse and causing mechanical destruction.
  • Asymmetry & Voltage Tracking: Monitors supply balance to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage unbalances and severe line drops.

Engineered for Industrial Control Enclosures

Designed to drop seamlessly into modern control environments, this voltage monitor features a space-saving, standard 22.5mm DIN-rail housing. Heavy-duty screw terminals provide secure, vibration-resistant terminations ideal for high-vibration manufacturing environments. With low power consumption (9VA) and a deep profile (103mm), it fits neatly alongside PLCs, circuit breakers, and contactors in standard electrical enclosures.
