Description
Both the TST100 and TST100S are 1-Wire temperature sensors designed for versatile monitoring, including outdoor use due to their IP protection. Each sensor integrates a band-gap temperature sensing element with signal processing, providing a fully calibrated digital output with an accuracy as low as ±0.5°C. Leveraging a unique 64-bit serial code, multiple sensors can operate on a single 1-Wire bus. Both models measure temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C (-40 to 185°F) and feature a one-meter cable with soldered wires for direct connection to controller screw terminals.
The TST100 is characterised by its special flat Aluminum head, specifically designed for affixing to an object, which ensures low thermal resistance and a fast system response. In contrast, the TST100S is housed in a cylindrical stainless steel casing with a 6mm diameter, making it suitable for direct installation in appropriately sized openings. This design also facilitates low thermal resistance and a rapid response time, catering to different mounting requirements.
