The gas detection controller is the main component of a fixed detection system. Connected to several detectors, it ensures continuous and permanent monitoring of areas presenting gas leak related risks.
The controller first processes the gas measurements sent by the detectors. In the event of an abnormal threshold, it generates actions to warn you of the dangers associated with an excessive concentration of gas. These actions are previously defined by the user; they may be sound and/or light signalling, servo-controls or alarm reports by remote transmission.
The range includes single and multi-channel detection units, as well as a complete selection of visual and audible alarms. Our team is available to support you in selecting the correct controller for your gas detection system installation project.

SV4B single channel alarm monitoring unit with 2 alarm thresholds, fault alarm, built in relays, AC / DC power supply, DIN rail mounting. When used with OLC10 or OLC100 flammable gas detector this provides a fixed monitoring and alarm system for a low cost.
The MX16 Easy Duo is a combined MX16 Gas Controller and Single Gas Detector for a simple factory configured gas detection system. The 'Easy Duo' set includes an MX16 Controller pre-configured with an OLCT10N to detect Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Methane (0-4.4%Vol or 0-5%Vol) Hydrogen gas. The MX16 Controller comes with 3 relay outputs, LCD display with soft-touch function keys and an RS485 Modbus communications option.
The MX16 Controller is designed for monitoring a single gas detector in MRI room, laboratory, storage, small boiler room, and breweries or battery charging rooms. The MX16 measuring unit prevents the risks of gas building up in areas that could be anoxic, toxic or explosive gases in ambient air. Units are available pre-configured for 4-20mA outputs from O2, CO2, CH4, H2, LPG gas detectors, or as an 'Easy Duo' set with an OLCT10N for O2 or CO2 gases. Controller comes with 3 relay outputs, RS485 output and LCD display with soft-touch function keys.
The new MX32 is designed on the same platform as the MX43 and allows the control of both digital and analog channels in a wide variety of gas monitoring applications. The analog channels allow up to two wheatstone bridge gas detectors to be monitored without any additional modules. The MX32's digital technology allows up to 8 detectors to be distributed on the dual channels using suitable additional modules. The MX32 is SIL1 compliant
The MX40 controller was designed to centralize the information transmitted by the BX 25 over a wireless network and can display up to 32 measurements in real time. When a BM 25 signals an alarm, the MX 40 also goes into alarm mode and can, for example, control internal relays and order other monitors to transmit the alarm as well.
The MX43 Gas Detection Controller is an analog and digital controller designed for the continuous measurement and control of the gases present in the atmosphere and for 4-20mA or digital contact signal. The MX43 Gas Panel's digital technology allows up to 32 detectors to be distributed on 8 lines for increased cost savings.
