Description
The WindSonic 75 is a robust versatile wind speed and direction sensor with a wind speed range of 0-75m/s. Requiring very little maintenance and with no moving parts, or cups that can easily be damage, the WindSonic 75 Ultrasonic anemometer can be position in less accessible areas to take wind readings clear of obstructions. The high range is also suitable for most extreme storms and provide readings even in hurricane force winds and read gusts approaching 180mph.
Part Number 1405-PK-400 has an RS232 output, which can be useful for shorter cable lengths and direct connection to PC or Data Logger. A maximum of 6.5m is advised to ensure a clear signal.
