The PS series switches are a cost effective solution for various applications in building automation systems in the HVAC/R industry. The PS series sensor include a field adjustable dial with switching ranges from 20-200 pascals up to 500-4500 pascals and maximum pressure of 50kPa. Switching contacts are rates to 3 amps @ 250vAC, allowing the switch to be used for alarming, or to operate fan motors to maintain pressure or flow ranges. The PS switch is a simple mechanical differential pressure switch which can be used for fan, blower and filter monitoring, clean room pressure monitoring, or valve and damper monitoring.
Usage
The pressure switches are used in ventilation and air conditioning systems to monitor changes in over pressure, under pressure or differential pressure.
