The VFM60 vortex flow meter uses the Karman Vortex theory to allow the flow meter to be used with gas, steam or liquid flows. The transmitter utilises a unique dual sensor design to allow for the unit to compensate for vibration in the meter and provide a much more reliable performance and lower measurement limits. The unit can also include an optional Bluetooth function, allowing the unit to be connected to via a mobile phone app for configuration and to take readings from the meter onsite. Meters can also be fitted with pressure and temperature sensors to provide these additional parameters.
