Series 10LHP Piezoresistive OEM Pressure Transducer - Image 2

Series 10LHP Piezoresistive OEM Pressure Transducer

The 10LHP Series of pressure transducers have a robust housing made of Stainless Steel, giving them long-term stability for a range of OEM applications. The metal diaphragm is laser welded on front-flush and gap free, ensuring the piezoresistive pressure sensor is separated from the measuring medium. Every 10LHP pressure transducers come with a detailed calibration sheet, showing the pressure and temperature profiles over their entire range. 10LHP Series cells are available in ranges above 200 Bar, lower ranges available using the 10L cells and smaller cells using 4L..9L cells. Compensated temperature range-10 to 80°C, operating range -20 to +100°C..

Series 10LHP OEM High Pressure Transducers

    • Description

    Description

The series 10LHP is Keller’s Flagship high pressure OEM transducer that feature a 19mm diameter capsule with a crevice-free laser welded diaphragm. Each cell undergoes extensive automated testing and is supplied with calibration data, which includes sensitivity, linearity, initial zero offset and thermal effects over the compensated temperature range.

The Series 10LHP OEM cells feature floating O-ring mounting to avoid errors caused by mechanical stress that ensures performance within the specifications. The housing encases the piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor and a small quantity of oil that efficiently transfers the pressure exerted on the diaphragm to the silicon pressure sensor. Standard cells include Silicone oil AK100, but other oils can be use for specific applications. For example, Olive Oil for food applications, Fomblin M100 for Oxygen applications to 330 Bar.
