PS Series Differential Pressure Switches

PS Series Differential Pressure Switch

The PS Series Differential Pressure Switches are a cost effective solution for various applications in building automation systems in the HVAC/R industry. The PS series switch includes a field adjustable dial with switching ranges from 20-200 pascals up to 500-4500 pascals and maximum pressure of 50kPa. Switching contacts are rates to 3 amps @ 250vAC, allowing the switch to be used for alarming, or to operate fan motors to maintain pressure or flow ranges. The PS series switch is a simple mechanical differential pressure switch which can be used for fan, blower and filter monitoring, clean room pressure monitoring, or valve and damper monitoring.

Differential Pressure Switch - PS Series

  • Description

Description

The PS series is intended for use in commercial environments. It is designed with field selectable setpoint adjustment to meet your application requirements with ranges from 20-200Pa up to 500-4500Pa.

Applications

  • PS series devices are commonly used in HVAC/R systems
  • Supervising fans, blowers and filters for blockages
  • Pressure and flow monitoring
  • Valve and damper monitoring
  • Monitoring vacuum and over pressure in air ducts
  • Controlling defrosting functions

Adjustable Switching Ranges:

Model Measurement Range Accuracy
(Low Limit)
Accuracy
(High Limit)
PS200 20 – 200 Pa ±8pa ±15%
PS300  30 – 300 Pa ±8pa ±15%
PS500  30 – 500 Pa ±8pa ±15%
PS600  40 – 600 Pa ±8pa ±15%
PS1500 100 – 1500 Pa ±20pa ±15%
PS4500 500 – 4500 Pa ±100pa ±15%
