Description

Profibus Communication & Universal Input

  • PROFIBUS PA Profile 4.0: The 5450 is designed for seamless integration into Profibus PA networks, replacing the traditional 4-20mA signals with a robust digital communication protocol.
  • Universal Input: This unit accepts signals from a wide array of sensors, including RTDs (PT100, PT1000, Ni100), Thermocouples (Types B, E, J, K, L, N, R, S, T, U, W3, W5, LR), linear resistance, potentiometers, and bipolar mV signals. This universal capability simplifies stock control and reduces spare parts inventory.
