The PB-7005-1M5 is a specialist stainless steel probe with a 1.5m flat cable which can monitor very low temperatures from -200 to +150°C. It is typically used in laboratories for cryogenic applications. The flat, flexible cable is designed to pass through a fridge or freezer door seal without leaving a gap that a larger cable might leave. This waterproof (IP67) probe uses a high specification resin and a unique manufacturing technique that allows both the sheath and the cables to be exposed to their full temperature range. The 1.5m cable can be sufficient for location the temperature probes into small fridges or freezers, whilst still allowing enough reach to locate the logger nearby.
