Description
The PB-6007 is an oven temperature probe available with 1.5m, 3m or 5m PTFE cable. The probe is suitable for monitoring temperature ranges from -50 to +250°C and for a variety of in product temperature applications, with a stab probe for easier insertion into hot food products.
