This option can be used to setup the Logger, read live data or upload logged data whilst a LeveLine Logger is installed.
The LeveLine USB to Extension Adaptor (Part No. LL-USB-EXT-AD) shown above provides an interface between the LL-PC-KIT and any length of LeveLine extension cable (Part No. EXT-LL-XM).
The LeveLine PC Kit (Part No. LL-PC-KIT) shown above allows direct connection of a LeveLine Logger to a PC via a USB port.
The clear USB connector housing contains a red and a green LED. Each time the PC sends data to the LeveLine, the red LED will flash. Each time the LeveLine returns data, the green LED will flash.
This is a very useful tool for fault finding. If you experience communications problems, looking at the LEDs will tell you if the problem is with the PC not sending data or the LeveLine not responding.
If you do not see any flashing LEDs, check the USB Cable drivers are correctly installed.
