Description
The series 7L is a new generation of OEM pressure transducers from Keller that feature a smaller capsule with a crevice-free laser welded diaphragm. Each cell undergoes extensive automated testing and is supplied with calibration data, which includes sensitivity, linearity, initial zero offset and thermal effects over the compensated temperature range.
The Series 7L OEM cells feature floating O-ring mounting to avoid errors caused by mechanical stress that ensures performance within the specifications. The housing encases the piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor and a small quantity of oil that efficiently transfers the pressure exerted on the diaphragm to the silicon pressure sensor. Standard cells include Silicone oil AK100, but other oils can be use for specific applications. For example, Galden HT270 oil is available for low pressure Oxygen applications, Fomblin M100 for Oxygen applications to 330 Bar.
Features
- High long-term stability
- Robust housings made from Stainless Steel, Hastelloy or Titanium
- Front-flush, crevice-free welded diaphragm
