The HiTemp140 is a rugged, high precision, temperature data logger that is built for use in harsh environments. The stainless steel device is submersible and has an operating temperature range of -40 to +140°C. The logger can be used with a thermal shield to provide a short-term temperature range of -200 to +250°C.
