The FS5100 Series Flow Switch for gases with higher flow ranges. They are designed to detect increasing and decreasing flow rates of gases in critical processes. Typical applications include chemical analysers, purge flow monitors, Oxygen and speciality gas systems. The linear, high resolution adjustment allows for precise settings. The miniature compact construction is ideal for high density system packaging. Fully field adjustable set points of 1 slpm to 700 slpm with 1/4″ & 1/2″ NPT process connections. Units are CSA certified for use in hazardous locations – Certified to US Standards.
