The Keller PD39X series differential pressure transducer is designed to indirectly measure differential pressure by using two absolute pressure sensors providing a more robust sensor in relation to unbalanced pressures that transducers using a single sensor. Differential pressure ranges between 0-3 and 0-300 bar are available with output signal options of 4-20mA and 0-10V. These units also have an RS485 output in addition to the standard analogue outputs. Typical error band ≤0,05 %FS typ. (linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and temperature effect
The Keller PD39XEi Series transducers are suitable for monitoring differential pressures in a hazardous area. The sensor uses two absolute pressure sensors, allowing for unbalanced pressures between each port, which isn't possible using a single sensor cell that would be damaged by the imbalance. Line pressures are available from 3 up to 300 Bar with the differential pressure range configurable within this range (at least 5% of line pressure. The RS485 output allows readings to be collected via RS485, or to connect to the CCS30 software using the K104 or K114B download cable. The scaled output can be either a 4-20mA or 0-10V.
The Keller PD33X differential pressure transducers and transmitters utilise the series 33 digital electronics to provide high accuracy differential pressure measurement with ranges from 200mBar to 30 Bar DP, with a maximum static pressure of 200 bar. With Exia, and flush diaphragm options. Hazardous Area Approved
The newly released PD23X Differential Pressure Transmitter now includes the same technology as the PD33X series of Pressure Transmitters. This new technology allows the PD23X series to include the option of Keller's Bus protocol and RS485 Modbus protocols, plus allowing for zero point adjustment, adjusts to the output and low pass filters of the analogue output. These piezoresistive pressure transmitter are designed for precision measurements in industrial applications for pressures ranging from 160mBar up to 25 Bar for liquids and gases. Standard line pressure up to 2000 Bar, Max 600 Bar. Series 23 has a standard ¼" BSP threaded connection. Output options include a 2-wire 4-20mA, 3- wire 0-20mA or 0-10vDC with a standard frequency response of 1kHz with options...
The PR41X series are designed for measuring very low pressure values in the mBar or µBar ranges. The Series 41X capacitive pressure transmitter from Keller combines a ceramic measurement cell for low pressure ranges with the µP electronics of the digital series 30 transmitter. The pressure values from the signals of the pressure and temperature sensors are determined by polynomial compensation. The values can be displayed and stored on a PC via an RS485 interface and programming can also be carried out. Analogue outputs are scaleable within the sensors range using the CC30 software and options are available for 4-20mA or 0-10V.
