Note: Sampling intervals faster than 1 millisecond (500 µs down to 1 µs) cannot be written directly to internal flash memory or external USB drives due to storage medium write-speed limitations. For high-speed capturing, data must first be written directly to the ultra-fast internal RAM buffer and subsequently saved or transferred to permanent storage.
