Configuration cable provides 5V power to the Maximet and allows for an RS232 Connection to a PC for the initial set up and configuration. GMX should be in Safe Mode to allow for configuration and the adaptor cable is not weatherproof and should not be used one units are installed on site.

The M12 to USB Configuration Cable can be used to connect a Maximet Marine to a PC running the MetSet Software. This will allow the Maximet Marine to be configured and tested prior to installation. Please Note: This cable should only be used to configure and test the Maximet Marine and should not be used in normal operation.
The Maximet Marine units should be in Safe Mode to allow for configuration.
