Hand Pumps for Pressure Generation

Hand Pumps for Pressure Generation

The KP and HPT1 hand-pumps allows easy pressure generation up to 700 Bar. The low pressure units uses pneumatic air pressure to allow pressures of -0.85 to 25 Bar to be generated. The high pressure unit uses hydraulic pressure to allow pressures of 0 to 700 Bar to be genarated. The fine adjustment valve (which is integrated in the pump) and the relief valve, provide precision pressures for a calibration pressure accurately and quickly. This handpump is therefore highly suitable for testing manometers and pressure transmitters.

  • Pressure generation for vacuum up to 700 Bar.
  • Connection for reference pressure meter.

Hand-pump K/P Pressure Range: -0.85 to 25 Bar Medium: Air

The K/P hand pump provides negative pressures/vacuums and pressures of up to 25 bar (max. 40 bar) using pneumatic pressure. The fine adjustment valve (which is integrated in the pump) allow for precise adjustments for more accurate pressures. A carrying case is available separately for this hand pump.

Weight: ≈ 1,1 kg Dimensions: 240 mm x 170 mm x 50 mm

Hand-pump HTP1
Pressure Range: 0 to 700 Bar
Medium: Oil or Water

The HTP1 hand pump provides pressures of up to 700 bar using hydraulic pressure. The reservoir has a 100ccm capacity and will accept Hydraulic oil or distilled water as a pressure medium. The fine adjustment valve (which is integrated in the pump) allow for precise adjustments for more accurate pressures. This unit is supplied with accessories (Hose, adaptor, etc) in a stable carrying case.

Weight: ≈ 1,7 kg Dimensions: 255 mm x 176 mm x 70 mm

Suitable reference manometers are available in the pressure sensors section.
