Description

The HBS6000 is a versatile, all-in-one RTD PT100 temperature sensor with an integrated 4-20mA transmitter, engineered for accurate temperature measurement in industrial settings. Built with a durable 316 stainless steel body and featuring a DIN 43650 connector, it ensures straightforward installation and reliable performance. This sensor is particularly well-suited for applications requiring a ½” BSP process thread connection, and you can select from common insertion lengths of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, or 150mm to fit diverse installation requirements.

The HBS6000 boasts a wide programmable temperature range of -50 to +200°C, leveraging an internal Class B PT100 sensor for high accuracy. The 4-20mA output range is fully configurable, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature range, units, and even define upscale or downscale error detection. Standard configuration is 0-100°C set as 4-20mA, but we can adjust this as you require. Programming is simple and convenient via a PC using our dedicated software and the HBS-PROGKIT configuration kit, if you prefer to do it yourself.

Alternative process thread connections and custom insertion lengths are available on request. Probe lengths are available down to 25mm and process threads of ¼” or ½” with BSPP, BSPT, NPT or Metric threads.
