OMK610 Squirrel oven data logger kit. Maximum of 100 minutes at 250°C. Complete kit consisting of OQ610 Squirrel data logger. Complete with TB610 HS thermal barrier, TBHS-1 heat sink, USB connection cable, light weight carry case, getting started guide, Paintview configuration and data analysis software, plus 6 TC-K-N3-3 Combined Clamp and Magnetic Surface Probes. Kit also comes supplied with CAL610 Calibration Certificate.

Description

The OMK-610-KIT1 comprises of an OQ610 data logger, PaintView software, thermal barrier with heat sink (TB610HS), carry case. quick start guide carry case, PaintView Software, Calibration Certificate (CAL610) and 6 x Combined Magnetic and Clamp Surface Probe (TC-K-N3-3).

Features

  • The Squirrel OQ610 can record at 8Hz from each sensor and store over 260,000 readings in its memory
  • Small, robust thermal barrier can now accept a stainless steel heat sink
  • At the end of the recording run, data is downloaded directly to printer or to PC for analysis and reporting using PaintView software
    • At the touch of a button, the OQ610 can directly print user-configurable, concise reports to simplify record keeping and provide ISO9000 quality records
  • Up to 6 K-Type temperature probes can be connected to the logger. These probes can be clipped on to non-magnetic components or via a magnet
  • Configure the OQ610 logger for all oven applications
  • Clear Multilingual LCD screen indicates cure % at the end of the cycle (English, German, French, Spanish and Italian)
  • USB On The Go – the logger can print out a concise, graphical report of each run directly via USB, without the need for a PC
  • Create paint cure data libraries (by manufacturer and / or paint type)
  • Set optimised cure temperature curves with upper and lower limits
  • Create graphical and statistical data reports via the Report Wizard, incorporating company logos and JPEG photographs

Thermal Barrier Specification

The performance of a thermal barrier is measured in terms of the exposure time at a particular temperature for a given maximum internal temperature. The performance is closely related to the barrier’s insulation thickness. The table below indicates the allowable exposure time (in minutes) of temperatures for the standard (thermal barrier models assuming a maximum internal temperature of 70°C).
