Description

The DigiRail series comprises a range of Modbus RTU I/O modules designed for industrial automation applications, particularly for integrating analogue or digital signals into supervisory system. These modules are DIN rail mountable and offer RS485 serial communication. They are configured using the free DigiConfig software via Modbus RTU commands. Key features across the series include electrical isolation between inputs and the supply/serial port, LED indicators for communication and status, and a wide operating temperature range of 0 to 70 °C.

Available Modules

• DigiRail-2A: This model features two universal analogue inputs that can be configured for a variety of signals, including thermocouples (J, K, T, R, S, B, N, E), PT100 sensors, and other signals like 0 to 20mV, -10 to 20mV, 0 to 50mV, 0 to 5V, 0 to 10V, 0 to 20mA, and 4 to 20mA. It provides cold junction compensation for thermocouples and compensation for 3-wire PT100 cables.
• DigiRail-4C: This module is designed for digital inputs, offering four digital counter inputs. It can count signals up to 100kHz on one input and up to 1000Hz on others.
• DigiRail-2R: This module provides two 8A / 250vAC SPDT relay outputs.
