WPI-SDC Irrigation Water Flowmeter. Pipe diameter DN80 with standard PN16 flanges. Flow range Q1 5m³/h, Q2 8m³/h, Q3 100m³/h and Q4 125m³/h. IP68 Epoxy Coated Iron body with replaceable copper can mechanism. Additional pulse output options from 0.1 to 1 m³/pulse are available at the time of order. (Please order pulse modules separately). Dimensions: Length 225mm, diameter 200mm and height 279.5mm. Weight: 13.0Kg.

WPI-SDC Irrigation Flow Meter

Description

The WPI-SDC-80 flow meters are designed for monitoring sandy/dirty irrigation water using an undershot paddle wheel flow meter with an 80mm nominal bore. An undershot wheel is a vertically mounted water wheel with a horizontal axle that is rotated by the flow of water through the pipe. The paddle wheel in the WPI-SDC irrigation flow meter is positioned so that the lower half of the paddle wheel is immersed in the flow. The motion of the paddle wheel is then proportional to the volume of water flowing through the flow meter.

The meter body is an epoxy coated iron with a Dry Dial, Copper Can design display with frost protection. The copper can mechanism can be replaced onsite without the need to remove the flow meter itself. The DN80 flanged connection is suitable for pressures up to 16 bar. The mechanical indicator allows for two optional pulse output at 0.1 and 1 m³/pulse. The WPI-SDC flow meter is ideal for irrigation and agricultural applications where flows may contain solid particles.

WPI-PULSE-OPTION

Optional pulse output for the WPI Irrigation Water Flow Meter. Reed switch generates a pulse at 0.1 or 1 m³ for the DN50 to DN150 meters and 1 or 10m³ for the DN200 to DN300, depending on the positioning inside the meter.
