Description
The TSH300 version 3 is an Modbus RTU temperature & humidity sensor that operates without an external power supply, drawing power directly from its interface. This makes it an excellent choice for precise temperature and humidity monitoring. The sensor integrates both its basic sensing elements and signal processing capabilities, providing a fully calibrated digital output for superior measurement quality. It’s particularly well-suited for applications demanding high accuracy in environmental conditions, such as server rooms, offices, and facilities storing drugs or food, and is also ideal for smart office systems.
The TSH300 supports the widely used Modbus RTU protocol, making it compatible with many Building Management Systems (BMS) and Industrial Automation Systems (IAS). Each sensor comes with a unique serial code, allowing multiple units to be connected and supported on the same RS485 bus. For streamlined installation, the sensor features two RJ45 connectors, enabling easy daisy-chain wiring using standard UTP/FTP patch LAN cables. A separate accessory is also available for convenient installation in 19-inch cabinets.

The last sensor in the chain must have a 120-ohm terminator installed in its free RJ-45 socket. A terminator is supplied with the controllers.
