TSA202 Analogue Input Module

Description

The TSA202 analogue input module is a dual-channel device that uses the 1-Wire digital protocol to provide an accurate solution for measuring various analogue signals. Designed for industrial and automation environments, it ensures signal integrity and robust protection against electrical interference through galvanic isolation between its analogue inputs and the communication interface. The TSA202 offers flexible input capabilities, supporting two selectable modes: a 0–20mA current loop and a 0–10V voltage input. The extended 0–20mA range, allows for the detection of critical conditions like sensor faults or diagnostic outputs that might fall below the typical 4mA threshold.

Both channels of the TSA202 operate in the same input mode simultaneously. This module is highly versatile, capable of measuring both electrical and non-electrical parameters when paired with appropriate external sensors. The raw analogue values, whether current or voltage, can be easily converted into meaningful measurement units by applying an offset and multiplier defined in the master controller.
