TCW280 Analogue Output Module

Description

The TCW280 is an analogue output module offering dual channels capable of generating voltage or current loop signals, with the output mode selectable through a web-based interface. Available output ranges include 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-24mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V, each with a 12-bit digital-to-analogue conversion resolution. Four digital outputs are available, offering dual functionality as standard digital control signals (On/Off) or as PWM outputs with a frequency range up to 2000Hz and 10-bit duty cycle resolution.

For control and automation, the TCW280 module integrates two relays with Normally Open and Normally Closed contacts, which can be remotely controlled via the web interface or through M2M protocols like SNMP, HTTP API, and Modbus TCP/IP. A sophisticated scheduling system allows for the definition of four distinct schedules for one-time or recurring weekly events, with a timing resolution of 100 milliseconds. The onboard RTC, synchronized with network time servers, ensures accurate timing for the automatic activation of both the relays and digital outputs according to the configured schedules.
