Description

The TCW241 is an Ethernet IO module designed for remote monitoring and control, featuring Modbus TCP/IP support. This device is equipped with four digital inputs, four analogue inputs, and four relays. The TCW241 also include 1-Wire interface, supporting up to eight 1-Wire sensors, enabling the monitoring of parameters such as temperature, humidity, Carbon Dioxide, and AC/DC current. The module’s relays can be activated both remotely via a user-friendly web interface or M2M protocols, and locally based on a schedule, the status of a single parameter, or through custom functions involving up to four parameters.

Furthermore, the TCW241 supports industry-standard protocols including Modbus TCP/IP, SNMP, and HTTP API, ensuring seamless integration with various systems. A built-in real-time clock with time server synchronisation facilitates advanced relay scheduling for one-time or recurring weekly tasks. The module can also proactively communicate with remote servers by initiating HTTP Post requests, sending data in XML or JSON format containing current monitoring values, either periodically or upon predefined alarm conditions.
