The TCW181B-CM is an 8 channel digital output module. It was designed for versatile remote control and monitoring deployments over Ethernet networks. The device provides comprehensive management capabilities through a web-based interface, SNMP protocol, and a flexible HTTP/XML API for integration with user-defined applications. It is suitable for both standalone operation and incorporation into distributed control and monitoring systems. The IO module features eight independent relays, each providing NO and NC contacts with a switching capacity of up to 3A (AC or DC). The relays can be individually addressed or simultaneously controlled.
Compliance with the SNMP v.1 protocol facilitates seamless integration of the TCW181B-CM into managed network environments. The module also includes a single, hardware configurable digital input, supporting both dry contact and logic level sensing via an onboard jumper. State transitions of this digital input can be configured to generate email alerts or SNMP trap notifications.
