The Stevenson screen consists of 10 white UV-stabilised thermoplastic, Stainless Steel, discs that allow air to flow between the discs whilst preventing any temperature effect from direct Sunlight, or precipitation. The screen comes with a bracket for easy mounting to a wall, or pole with diameters up to 27mm (up to 50mm possible with extension) and a compression fitting to secure HygroClip2-S or similar probe. The Stevenson screen is very low maintenance and should only require cleaning as required by the local conditions to maintain the air flow and remove any dirt build up on the discs.
