Description

The SPC4 offers a durable and cost-effective way to seal the front of most 1/8 DIN size panel meters from various manufacturers, including those used in London. This new design uses all corrosion-resistant materials for a longer lifespan and less maintenance. Its design allows for easy installation on both existing setups and new systems without requiring any changes to the standard panel cutout hole size.

A key feature of the SPC4 is its detachable front window, which allows for convenient adjustments to be made to the panel meter during installation and commissioning. The window is securely held in place by two knurled captive screws that are resistant to accidental side or front impact. Both the window and the holding frame are molded from a high impact-resistant material to ensure durability.

To enhance reliability, the female threaded sections are made from marine brass and are molded deep into the frame. The robust sealing is provided by highly flexible and resilient neoprene gaskets that are securely bonded to both the inner and outer faces of the frame. For improved clarity and scratch resistance, the covers are treated with a special anti-scuff coating.
