Description

The SGA load cell amplifier and signal conditioner is a high-stability, high-speed solution designed to provide a conditioned analogue output from up to four 350Ω strain gauge bridges connected in parallel. Capable of processing low-level signals down to 0.06mV/V, it converts them into industry-standard outputs such as 0-10vDC or 4-20mA, all while housed in a rugged, IP67-rated ABS enclosure suitable for diverse industrial environments. The unit features non-interactive zero and span controls for straightforward configuration, along with a variable low-pass filter for application-specific fine-tuning. Available in two versions, the AC-powered SGA/A (110/240vAC) and the DC-powered SGA/D (18-24vDC), the amplifier can be supplied fully wired and calibrated with any compatible strain gauge transducer from the associated product range.
