The RX250-AL GEN II Receiver can also work as a central unit for the GEN II transmitters and has a built in data logger to handle up to 250 channels over 125 transmitters. The RX250-AL is a self-contained mains powered receiver unit with built-in batteries providing more than 24 hours of operation in the event of a mains failure. An LCD is incorporated to show signal strength and serial number of last transmitter received. The RX250-AL unit has option of a standard 247,000, half million and 2 million reading internal memory and can be connected to a GSM modem to provide SMS alarms. The RX250-AL units will work with any GEN II transmitters. The GEN II System uses a licence free 434MHz one way transmission frequency.
The RX250-AL GEN II Receiver/Logger can be the central component of the GEN II logging system, designed to operate without a continuously connected PC due to its built-in battery backup, which ensures uninterrupted data logging during power outages. This receiver logger is capable of generating alarms, and multiple RX250AL units can be used in one area to cover different groups of transmitters. A wide range of GEN II transmitter units are available for a wide range of environmental conditions to Voltage, mA or digital signals, and transmitter units with integral sensors covering a wide range of different inputs and even serial devices, eg ND-350 power meters. The RX250-AL can receive inputs from any of the GEN II transmitters and can be used with the RP250GD repeaters to extend the coverage range.
