Description
The WDM8000 Wireless data modem is designed for data transmission of RS232 serial data or 4 digital and analogue I/O channels. The WDM8000 is built into a robust IP54 Aluminium housing with DIN rail or surface mounting options and SMA connector for the antenna connection. Programming of parameters, including channel configuration, radio frequencies, power output, etc is done using a standard PC, the dedicated software and built in RS232 interface. Once the simple configuration procedure is completed, the units will be ready for transmitting and receiving data. The RE8WDM12/7F2 features programmable UHF radio frequencies in the range of 400-470MHz and selectable RF power of 0.5W to 5W.
